Each piece is crafted from 180–220 GSM cotton or 300 GSM fleece, fabrics carefully selected to balance softness and durability. Before production begins, all fabrics undergo pre-treatment to prevent shrinkage and pilling, ensuring that each shirt or sweatshirt retains its shape and texture even after 30+ washes. Designs are updated seasonally to reflect current trends while preserving a timeless, versatile style. Process – Quality from the Ground Up

The final stage is quality control, where every garment is hand-inspected by our QC specialists. Seams, hems, trims, and print placement are reviewed under strict standards. For personalized orders, we follow a clear customization flow: request intake → design consultation → digital mock-up → customer approval → production. This ensures that every custom order reflects both Luxypew’s craftsmanship and the customer’s vision.
