At Luxypew, we pride ourselves on the quality of every T-shirt and sweatshirt we create. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, we have a clear and fair policy to support you.

Please read the policy below carefully to understand the return and refund process specific to our apparel products.

1. General Conditions for Acceptance of Returns

To be eligible for a return, your apparel must meet all the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Request must be made within 60 days from the delivery date (as confirmed by tracking).

  • Condition of Product: The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains (including makeup, food, ink), odors (including perfume, deodorant, smoke), pet hair, or visible damage.

  • Packaging & Labels: All original hang tags, labels, and packaging (such as polybags or boxes) must be intact and included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice, receipt, or order confirmation must be provided.

Items that have been used, washed, ironed, altered (e.g. sleeves cut, resized), or show visible wear cannot be returned unless defective due to Luxypew’s error.

Returns will not be accepted if the product is received back in a condition unsuitable for resale (e.g., wrinkled, stained, missing tags). In such cases, Luxypew reserves the right to deny the return and ship the item back to the customer.

2. Return Procedure for Each Case

A. Returns Due to Luxypew’s Fault (Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item)

We accept full responsibility if you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping (e.g., torn fabric, ripped seams, severe stains from transit).

  • Has a manufacturing defect (misprint, faulty stitching, poor fabric quality, uneven sizing).

  • Incorrect item (different size, color, or design than ordered).

Applicable Products: All T-shirts and sweatshirts sold on luxypew.com.
Cost: Completely free ($0). Luxypew will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Solution: You may choose between:

  1. A brand-new replacement product (if in stock).

  2. A full refund including original shipping fees, processed to your original payment method.

Processing Time: Once the returned item reaches our workshop and is verified, the replacement or refund will be processed within 5 business days.

B. General Returns (Size Exchange or Change of Mind)

This applies if the product is in good condition but you:

  • Ordered the wrong size.

  • Wish to exchange for a different color/design.

  • No longer want the item for personal reasons.

Applicable Products: All T-shirts and sweatshirts except custom or personalized items.
Cost: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and packing the garment securely (e.g., in its original packaging or a protective polybag) to prevent damage in transit.

Solution: After receiving and inspecting the product to ensure it meets our return conditions, we will issue a refund for the product value only (excluding original shipping fees). If you wish to exchange for a new size or color, you will need to place a new order after the refund is processed.

Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the return.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective due to Luxypew’s fault:

  • Custom or Personalized Apparel: Any item with printed names, photos, logos, or unique design modifications made at your request.

  • Final Sale or Clearance Items: Marked-down products purchased as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Gift Cards or Store Credits: These are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Please check product details carefully before purchasing custom or final-sale items, as these orders are considered final.

4. Return Process (Steps to Follow)

Step 1: Request a Return
Please contact us via email at [email protected] within 60 days of receiving your apparel. In your email, include:

  • Your order number.

  • The reason for return (wrong size, change of mind, damaged, defective, etc.).

  • For defective/damaged products: Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue (e.g., torn fabric, misprint, stitching defect).

For hygiene and quality reasons, only unworn, unwashed, unaltered items with original tags and packaging are accepted for return, unless defective due to Luxypew’s error.

Step 2: Get Instructions
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and respond with detailed instructions. If the return is due to Luxypew’s fault, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label. If it is a customer-requested return (e.g., wrong size or change of mind), instructions will include the return address and packaging guidelines.

Step 3: Pack and Return the Product
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (or an equivalent protective bag/box if the original is no longer available). Ensure the item is folded neatly, tags are intact, and the garment is clean and free of odor or stains. We recommend placing the product inside a polybag before boxing it to prevent moisture or dust damage in transit.

5. Money Back Guarantee: Time and Method

We are committed to a transparent and fair refund process.

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned garment, we will initiate a refund within 5 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Store credit is only issued if specifically requested.

  • Email Notification: You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund is processed.

Please note: After we issue the refund, it may take your bank or credit card company 3–7 business days to release the funds to your account. This timeline is beyond our control, but we guarantee to complete our part promptly.

6. Restocking Fee

Luxypew does not charge any restocking fees. All eligible returns are processed at no additional cost, except when customers are responsible for return shipping (e.g., size change or change of mind).

7. Luxypew Order Processing and Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). During peak seasons (Father’s Day, Black Friday, Christmas), processing may extend by 1–2 days.

  • Transit Time: Standard shipping usually takes 4–6 business days across the U.S. depending on location and carrier.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM CST begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the order is dispatched.
